Smart Knowledge Cities
IKDAR believes that the key to developing a socioeconomic cultural value system and improving it as per the norm of the society is through knowledge and education. IKDAR has been working on such projects for some time. Our Patron-in-Chief, Dr. Imran Khan, is the founder of Namal University. Namal was founded in a rural area where a majority of the students are provided with a free education. Namal University is the only private university in the rural areas of Pakistan. IKDAR intends to follow the same principles and increase its reach to other areas of the globe where there is a lack of education and knowledge.
In our first phase, IKDAR is creating research and technology incubation centers in eight major global cities of the world. These incubation centers will be linked together and a global platform of technology and research will be created to act as an international catalyst.
In the second phase, IKDAR will start working towards developing Smart Knowledge Cities in some of the deprived areas of the world where free education will be provided and the global incubation centers will be linked with these Smart Knowledge Cities, creating a system of sustainable equal growth.
